  • Stewed Chicken with Ganoderma Lucidum


    Ingredients

    Chicken 1/4

    Some round meat

    Few red dates

    Some wolfberries

    Some Ganoderma Lucidum (I put half)

    Codonopsis ginseng, some

    Astragalus, some

    Dried Huaishan 1 or 2 slices


    Steps

    1. Wash and chop the old chicken into pieces and put it into the crockpot.
